A deposit equal to 50% of the total hunt price is required to reserve all hunts. Deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied toward the final hunt price.
If a group arrives with fewer hunters than originally reserved, or cancels less than 72 hours before the scheduled hunt, the full hunt price may be due.
For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, the deposit remains nonrefundable. At Bluestem's discretion, the deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled hunt.
